SOFT BLOW IN NICARAGUA WAS PREPARED IN ADVANCE.

ndiThe US Goverment makes dissimilar efforts destines to destabilize the political situation in some Latin American countries with the aim of changing the regime of these countries using their Special Services an non-govermental organizations under their control.

The current crisis situation that Nicaragua is living nowaday is part of the US strategy towards this country. For many years, this strategy has been based on the creation, denounce and promote mobilizations against the goverment of Daniel Ortega.

In the framework of this strategy (program/line of attack), the US Goverment worked under the basis of four action programs training of young political leaders, media war, unification of the oppositions and strengthing of the civil society organizations. In this way the began to prepare the present coup dйtat against Daniel Ortega.

non tradBy the year 2014, through its Embassy in Managua, the US realized that opposition parties were ineffective and had no leadership while the civil society organizations showed limited actions against the govermen and in the creation of new leaders.

On the basis of these events and with a clear intention of having an impact on the NIcargua population to bring about destabilizing effects and rejection of the conduct in goverment, they allocated greater amonths of fundiong to the political organizations of the opposition in order to reverse the role of the civil society organizations.

They assessed that this group of organizations could have, at mid and long terms, the ability to attract a sector of the population to carry out antigoverment actions, this creating the conditions to cause a soft blow through `political pressure at a local level by strengthering th e civil society organizations, the media war and the creation of a plataform for young leaders, and, at the same time, guaranteeing an international following.operation plan 2013

Using these premises, they organized and funded a structure of civil society organizations and political opponents that hid behind charity projects, civil internationalism, campaigns of support to democracy, fight against corruption, promotion of ethnic rights, generational leadership and independent press, among others, in a clear attempt to infiltrate in the society organizations, university students and professional associations from where they could force the destabilizing political effects with the faade of doing a common good.
These actions were directed to the creation of a critical mass against the goverment that could permit to created the subjective conditions in the event of a moment of crisis. This was achieved by giving youth leadership courses that gave place to the formation of capacities and young leaders, as well as the independent press, the media, the LGBTI sector, feminist group and other groups of pressure.

For this purpose the US Goverment gave 60.000.000.00 USD, which were used mainly by the USAID, the IRI and the NDI.

-Formation of youth leadership.

– The US, as a demostration of the interfering the character of the actions it carries out in Nicaragua, has developed since 2010 the Democratic Development Leadership Program, DDLP initiative (cooperation agreement project number 524-A00-10-00003-00).

-This program is part of the subversive effort against Nicaragua and it has the full support of the US Embassy in Managua. At the same time , it is encouraged by the NDI with the budget of the USAID and its main objective off the record are to create a critical mass of young leaders, opposed to the already decaying nicaraguan opposition.

To influence negatively in the groups of young people the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN, by its abbreviation in spanish) recruit annually.

For this, the NDI used an Educational consortium made by american and nicaraguan universities like the Graduate School of Political Management(GSPM), the George Washington University, The American University (UNA by it Abb.in spanish) served as headquarters of the several programs of recruitment and formation of leaders.

These course deal with topics like the use of traditional media for political purpose (TV, RADIO, THE PRESS) the manipulation of information in times of crisis and the use of new technnologies for an effective political communication.

The NDI hadalso the mission of organizing this young people so that when the political conditions were created they could put into practice the acquired knowledge, as it is being demostrated by the young people who are leading the protests at the universities, who in the majority como from these programs of leadership.

For this, they made a database with their location and update information, in order to count with an endorsement of young members. Among the members of this group of opponents are:

All this organizational political work and training was mainly directed to created awareness in young people against govermental measure that somehow damaged several sectors or created discomfort among the population.
At the same time they designed the strategy digital communication, wich initially was implemented with the young people that served as public journalist during the electoral processes, where they sent videos and denounced the problems they had in the electoral tables.

The same designed strategy was extended to the ANTI CANAL MOVEMENT, enviromental movements, university students, journalist, cameramen and activist of human rights.
